Basic Sciences includes such courses as anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, microbiology, pathology, nutrition, and more.

Chiropractic Sciences encompasses courses central to the practice of chiropractic. These include a series of courses in the principles and practice of chiropractic, spinal and extremity biomechanics and evaluation, spinal and extremity adjusting, soft tissue manipulation, and neuromusculoskeletal evaluation and treatment.

Clinical Sciences emphasizes general diagnostic skills and management of common disorders treated by chiropractors as well as recognition and referral of more serious diseases.

Radiology courses are taught in three distinct radiographic disciplines: anatomy, technique, and interpretation. WSCC also offers a residency program in radiology, which encompasses three years of full-time intensive postgraduate training in all aspects of diagnostic radiology.

The Clinics experience at WSCC has three distinct phases, including a series of observational opportunities in our clinic system as well as the opportunity to develop clinical skills by treating fellow students (in the third year) and patients from the general public (in the fourth year).
