By the third year, all of the basic science material has been covered, and the student’s attention is equally divided among the clinical sciences, chiropractic sciences, and clinical experience. During the third year, students acquire clinical skill proficiency in the Student Health Center where they demonstrate on each other and College staff, those competencies required to provide chiropractic care to patients in a clinical setting. The students receive a combination of lecture and lab experiences in subject matter that supports the College’s mission to produce chiropractic physicians skilled in a diagnosis and management of neuromusculoskelatal disorders while insuring that students skilled in detecting problems related to the cardiovascular, respiratory, genitourinary, and gastrological systems.
