Visiting WSCC

How will you know if Western States Chiropractic College is the right school for you?

Don't take our word for it. Step onto our campus and see for yourself why WSCC is the leader in evidence-based chiropractic education. Then decide if you want to be another one of our success stories.

Visitors to WSCC aren't only greeted by mountain views. We'll provide you with an opportunity to speak to faculty, staff, and current students as part of your visit to our quiet, 22-acre campus located in northeast Portland.

Our volunteer Student Ambassadors are happy to tour you around campus, giving you the inside scoop on real life at WSCC. Ask as many questions as you like - our Ambassadors don't get paid and aren't salespeople.

We have so much confidence that our program's reputation speaks for itself, that we'd rather you do all the talking. We'll provide the answers.

Prospective students on campus will have an opportunity to meet with a faculty member or administrator, sit in on a class, or speak to financial aid representatives. We also encourage you to meet with an admissions advisor if you have prerequisite questions while you're here.

We're open for visits year-round except during finals week or holidays - bring a friend or family member if you like. Campus visits usually take place every Monday and Friday. Visits start at 12 noon and last approximately two hours.

Tours MUST be arranged in advance. Please contact Julie Lauderbaugh in the Admissions Office at 800-641-5641 or e-mail admissions@wschiro.edu to schedule your visit.

Want a more in-depth exploration of WSCC?

WSCC hosts two Chiropractic Education Forums per year on a Saturday afternoon each spring (usually in April) and fall (usually in November). The Education Forum is a chance for prospective students and their guests to attend formal presentations about the WSCC curriculum and discover how our evidence-based philosophy sets us apart.

The Forum is also a chance to enjoy lunch with faculty and current students, take a tour of campus with our Student Ambassadors, and ask questions of our current students during a panel discussion. Information about the forum is posted on our Web site and invitations are sent out via e-mail a month in advance.
